Immerse yourself in the 32°C water.  25-meter swimming pool, whirlpools, bubble loungers, neck showers, lazy river, 
Children's paddling pool and sunbathing area ensure that guests big and small get their money's worth. 
You can get active with aqua fitness twice a day, at 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m.
The indoor pool is open for early swimming for our hotel guests from 7:30 a.m.

The bathing area and sauna world are also open to day guests.

With the crackling fire in the earth sauna and hourly infusions in the Kelo log cabin sauna, you can forget about everyday life.
Inside you will find a bio sauna, a steam bath and a Finnish sauna.
Cool down after a sauna session in the large cold water swimming pool and plunge pool.
At the sauna bar you can also relax in your bathrobe and enjoy snacks, smoothies and more.

Massages, baths, packs as well as various beauty and natural mud treatments - we have relaxing moments ready for you.
Our signature treatment Siusili: Whether Vanja's magic or Lada's body dream - in the HEIDE SPA selected treatments and care products bear the names of gods. A Slavic tribe that settled here thousands of years ago provided the inspiration for wellness with their own signature.

Under the continuous supervision of our sports therapists, 43 modern training machines are available to you in the air-conditioned studio. These are qualitatively and quantitatively equipped so that both cardiovascular training and muscle training can be optimally implemented.
You can also expect a variety of courses, both in the gymnastics studio with a sprung floor that is gentle on the joints and in the open air.
